Install and Configure G Suite Sync for Microsoft Outlook (Email sync tool)

• Visit the link or Google for GASMO - https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gappssync

• Download the tool from the website, read the System requirements to avoid any issue.

• Perform the installation of googleappssyncsetup.exe

• While installation you will see the tool may perform additional download and installation process.

• Once it is finished you will get popup as below.

• Close the installation tab

• Enter the email address of the user you want to configure sync tool box and press Continue.

• Here setup will take you to your default browser and will prompt you to perform login.

• Enter the Username and password of the user and press allow button.

• If all goes correct your sync tool will get authenticated and will prompt you next screen as below.

• Click on create Profile (Without doing any further changes in this box)

• And now Start Microsoft Outlook.

• Here this tool has created new and fresh Outlook profile for you with the Sync ability between your Outlook and G Suite account.

• You may get prompt for select the profile, but you can just press Ok and it will let you go inside of your new G Suite sync profile.

• Note:

• By default, Sync tool only sync latest data up to 1GB in size in your Outlook, which you can correct it from following option.

• Right click on Sync icon and select “Set mailbox size limit”.
