1. Question: My display name is not appearing correctly Answer: Kindly report this issue with the ITSM Team and we will resolve it for you.
2. Question: My mails are getting merged how do I resolve it Answer: The feature you are referring to is called the Conversation View. You may disable this by clicking the Gear Button (Settings) and clicking on Disable Conversation View
3. Question: Not able to access my account Answer: Kindly try resetting your password by visiting uas.squ.edu.om. Once the password has been reset, please visit mail.squ.edu.om and login to access your account. If the issue still persists, please raise a ticket with ITSM.
4. Question: Password change is not working Answers: Please visit uas.squ.edu.om and click on Change Password to update your password
5. Question: Mail URL not working Answer: Please visit mail.squ.edu.om to access your New SQU Emails. If this link is not functional, kindly visit gmail.com and login with your full SQU Username (username@squ.edu.om) and your recently updated password.
6. Question: My all or few of the emails are missing Answer: If you are a POP user and have registered on the Form to identify yourself as a POP user, this is expected as your emails have not been migrated. An engineer will visit you and assist you with the migration of your emails. If you feel the issue is different, please raise a ticket with ITSM.
7. Question: Having email view like Outlook Answer: You may enable this by clicking on the Preview Pane option from the top right corner of your Gmail View.
8. Question: I'm not able to receive emails from some my applications Answer: Please report this issue with ITSM and mention the name of the application from where you are sending the email.
9. Question: Emails are getting delivered with improper formatting. Answer: Please take a screenshot of the issue and raise a ticket with ITSM so that we can investigate further.
10. Question: Not able to send email as an attachment Answer: Gmail does not support Email as an Attachment as it is not an international format. You may still attach emails by printing the email you need as a PDF and attaching the PDF into the new email.

12. Question: How to access my calendar Answer: You may access your calendar by clicking on the Calendar Option within the G Suite Services Button on the top right corner of your screen. 13. Question: Allow my colleagues to view my calendar Answer: Your colleague may view your calendar by sharing the calendar.
14. Question: How to create and manage contact groups Answer: You may do this by going into the Contacts Section and selecting the New Group option available on the bottom left section of the screen.
15. Question: Finding a contact within University. Answer: You may do this by clicking on the “To” option when composing an email and selecting the Directory option from the dropdown.
